Meeting to discuss your goals and what you're looking for (and NOT looking for) in a property. This meeting or phone call - and the entire home buying process, for that matter - can be as hands on, or as hands off, as you'd like. One thing I always offer to do for my clients is walk through the entire 11-page Purchase and Sale Agreement (the document you fill out to make an offer on a home) so you're informed about the contract and all its components. That way, when it's time to make an offer, you know exactly what to expect. Knowledge is power.

Once we've talked and you're pre-approved for a mortgage (if needed), let's go find 'the one.' I'll coordinate showings around your schedule and will offer my honest feedback about each home.

You've found one you love, now let's make it official by making an offer. This is when a good agent shines: there are several components to a strong offer, and it's my job to make one that serves your interests and also appeals to the sellers.

Great news - your offer was accepted! Now we conduct inspections, coordinate the appraisal, negotiate repairs, and more. Not sure what all this entails? That's okay, that's why I'm here. I'll walk with you every step of the way and am always available to talk through questions or concerns. This is going to be your home, and I'm here to do what's best for you.
