Important New Requirement for Germantown, TN Homeowners

If you're planning to sell a home in Germantown, TN and you have sidewalks, you must apply for and pay the City of Germantown $100 for a sidewalk inspection permit before selling or transferring ownership of the property. The City recommends completing the application before listing the property.

The City of Germantown will then come out and inspection your sidewalk, and note whether you must complete any repairs prior to closing.
